The Brown County Veterans Memorial was dedicated May 2003. The founding committee was incorporated as "Friends of Brown County Veterans Inc." in October 2003. The founding committee was fully responsible for the Memorial's design, for all fundraising, and for overseeing the Memorial's installation.

The Memorial is located at 1901 South Oneida Street, Green Bay, WI 54304. It is on the northeast corner of South Oneida Street and Armed Forces Drive and directly across from the South Oneida Street entrance to Lambeau Field, home of the Green Bay Packers.

The Memorial was paid for by contributions, grants, and the sale of "Tribute Bricks". No State or Federal monies were used. Tribute Bricks can still be purchased using on of the Tribute Bricks Order Forms.
